Waheeda Rehman

Waheeda Rehman or the Quintessential Beauty is the recipient of Padma Bhushan. Her proficiency in Bharatnatyam opened ways for her in the film industry. Rojulu Marayi was her first film. Guru Dutt discovered her and then onwards she has acted in CID, Pyasa, Bees Saal Baad, Neel Kamal, Ram Aur Shyam and Chaudhvin Ka Chand. She has also accepted roles in the movies that were way ahead of their time, such as Teesri Kasam, Sahib Biwi Aur Gulam, Guide, Kagaz Ke Phool and Water.
